7. Al-Araf (The Heights)

Surah: 7   Aya: 198

198. Wa-in tadAAoohum ila alhuda la yasmaAAoo watarahum yanthuroona ilayka wahum la yubsiroona
  

  Translation

198. And if you call them to guidance, they hear not and you will see them looking at you, yet they see not.
