From 320 lbs to a Healthier Me: My Fitness Journey & FitnessByBull

Mid-August 2024 was a turning point for me. I had a doctor’s visit, and let’s just say, the reality check was real. I knew my weight had gotten out of control, but seeing the 320 lbs on the chart made it hit different. That day, I decided to stop making excuses and start making changes.

On August 11, 2024, I set my fitness goal, not just to lose weight, but to completely transform my health. No more half-hearted attempts, no more short-lived diets. This time, I was in it for real.

The Plan: Small Wins, Big Results

I’ve learned that losing weight isn’t about some magic formula. It’s about consistency, showing up every day, even when it’s hard. My plan?

✅ An 85% nutritious diet (not perfect, but smart choices daily)
✅ No more Coke or “white stuff” (sugar, flour, excess salt)
✅ Walking, light weightlifting, and dancing (yes, dancing counts!)
✅ Tracking progress but not stressing over every fluctuation

Since that August 11 start, I’ve already made huge progress, and I feel the difference, not just in my weight, but in my energy, strength, and mindset. I still have a long way to go, but I’m not at 320 lbs anymore, and that’s what keeps me pushing forward.
