This morning, when i log in to Facebook account, i saw a weird looking Ads on my timeline all over. It didn’t bothered me because i know that Facebook ads will never appear as banners in the center, top, or left column of Facebook web pages. If you are seeing ads on these location, that you must have had ad-ware. Don’t worry, these ads are not visible by your friends on Facebook.  I’m going to show you how to get rid of Ads Not By Facebook on main browsers such as: Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, Safari, And Google Chrome

To remove these ads, evaluate the add-ons and toolbar that you have enabled for your browser, you need to disable any plugin that has browsing abilities such as phrases like profile, timeline, themes, or seeing who’s viewing your profile timeline.

To disable browser add-ons:

Internet Explorer 8
Tools > Manage Add-ons > Toolbars and Extensions

Mozilla Firefox
Tools > Add-ons > Extensions

Safari
Safari > Preferences > Extensions

Google Chrome
Window > Extensions

Are you talking about ads? if you are then, you must have downloaded an extension. Can you be more specific? i would like to help you out.

Well I just deleted and uninstalled a whole bunch of stuff, including my McAfee because it expired and stuff. so i got the microsoft security essentials and after that was done i went to facebook and all these ads are EVERYWHERE. and not just on facebook, random words on every website including this one are highlighted with ads. I’ve looked at my add ons on Mozilla but nothing looks, dodgy. and my computer is running a lot slower all of a sudden. :\
